Support Groups
Mindful Art Therapy: Finding Clarity in Chaos
Experience stress relief, grounding, and relaxation through creative techniques that help you unwind, anchor in the present, and find clarity. Create your own Zen Painting to express your wisdom and recharge amidst life’s chaos.
Age: 21 onwards
Fee: $500 HKD (inclusive of materials)
Dates: 19th October 2024, 11:00am – 12:00pm | 23rd October 2024, 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Overcoming Anxiety in Building Friendships
This transformative workshop is designed for teenagers facing social challenges. It provides a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn essential interpersonal skills and effective strategies to navigate friendships through interactive activities.
Group Size: 10 to 15 participants
Age: 13-18
Fee: $950 HKD (for 4 sessions)
Dates: 23rd November 2024 | 11:00am – 12:30pm for 13-16 years | 1:30pm – 3:00pm for 16-18 years
