Sarah Haniffy
Counsellor
Sarah Hanniffy is a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist who works with adolescents, adults, and families. She ensures that her approach is personalised for the individual’s needs and that each client is part of the process and recovery. Sarah believes in helping clients find the tools and motivation needed to manage their challenges and is a compassionate and understanding counsellor.
Sarah is experienced in working with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, work-related burnout, stress, life transitions, family relations, attachment and grief. Sarah believes in an integrated therapy approach, including traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and complementary mindfulness techniques. Sarah also has experience working with groups in the area of grief and bereavement and facilitating group workshops on mental wellbeing.
