Dolly Nawalkha
Counsellor
Dolly Nawalkha, is a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counsellor specialising in working with children, adolescents, parents and couples. Dolly is experienced in addressing a wide range of issues including, anxiety, depression, bereavement, substance use, self-esteem challenges, social skills, mild trauma and behavioural issues. Her expertise lies in assisting young individuals with emotional regulation, stress management and developing interpersonal skills through Play & Art therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focus Therapy (SFBT).
Dolly works closely with parents, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to navigate their children’s emotional well-being. In addition to Individual Counselling, she has facilitated support groups and conducted workshops on empowering women’s self-esteem and fostering stronger connections in couples.
