Build Your Emotional Resilience: Navigating Life’s Challenges with EMDR
Rooted in the powerful, research-backed methods of EMDR therapy (developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro), Resource Tapping focuses on the first step: building your natural resilience. It uses gentle bilateral movements, like rhythmic tapping or eye movements, to help you access feelings of safety and confidence, creating a solid foundation for wellbeing.
Who Can Benefit from EMDR Therapy?
The EMDR Resource Tapping workshop is aimed at helping you restore balance in your life, mind and body, as well as to promote calmness, and mental wellbeing. Learn how to use EMDR Tapping to live life more fully and in the present moment.
Workshop Breakdown:
We’ll practice easy exercises that help you access a sense of safety and strength whenever you need it most, whether before a big meeting, after a tough day, or during moments of overwhelm. Leave with a practical toolkit you can use every day. This workshop will be conducted in 4 sessions over 4 weeks. Each session lasts an hour.
The 4 tapping resources covered are:
1. Tapping in for Peace and Calm
2. Tapping in for Boosting Performance
3. Tapping in for Overcoming Problems
4. Tapping in for Empowerment
Fee: $800 HKD (for each session)
Facilitator: Dr. Nivedita Ramanujam, PsyD
Schedule: Two sessions available. Tuesdays at 11:00am – 12:30pm or 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Kintsugi Moms Workshop
Bridging the Distance: Navigating Estrangement with Adult Children.
A safe and kind space to share coping strategies, extend emotional support, and learn practical tips to reclaim your wellbeing.
Group Size: 8 participants
Fee: $2,500 HKD (for 3 sessions)
Facilitator: Dr. Nivedita Ramanujam, PsyD
Schedule: Wednesday at 11:00am – 12:30pm or Wednesdays at 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Walking on Eggshells Workshop
When Love Hurts. Recovering from difficult and painful relationship wounds that you are still carrying with you.
A safe and kind space to speak openly in a judgement-free environment. Learn how to rebuild your self-confidence and set healthy boundaries, process your emotions, and connect with other people who have been through similar experiences.
Each week we discuss different aspects of toxic relationship issues such as gas lighting, financial abuse, trauma bonding co-dependency issues, relational stress, self-doubt, and much more.
Group Size: 8 participants
Fee: $2,500 HKD (for 3 sessions)
