Dr. Nivedita Ramanujam
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Nivedita Ramanujam supports adults, adolescents, parents, professionals and couples using a range of therapeutic modalities with over 20 years of clinical experience in counselling and psychotherapy. She is one of the few therapists in Hong Kong who is intensively trained in treating complex trauma, dissociation and a range of psychological issues through the integration of Western evidence based therapies such as Eye Movement De-sensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Brainspotting as well as Eastern psychology such as Buddhist Psychology, Meditation, Mindfulness-based psychotherapy, and Yoga Sutras. She is also certified in clinical hypnotherapy.
Dr. Ramanujam works with a range of psychological difficulties including adult and childhood trauma, grief and bereavement, PTSD, narcissistic abuse, health anxiety, OCD, Bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic disorder, IBS, Tinnitus, pain control, phobias, depression, BPD, Bipolar disorder, work related issues, familial stress, student and adult life transitions.
Dr. Ramanujam also supports organisations through group workshops with customised corporate training and EAP programs.
She is a registered Clinical Supervisor in Hong Kong and supervises therapists and students.

Gladys Hui
Doctoral Candidate (Clinical Psychology)
Gladys works with adolescents and adults utilising a person-centred approach, ensuring therapy is tailored uniquely to each client’s individual needs. Gladys undertakes thorough assessment of issues and context to set realistic and achievable goals. Her approach is highly collaborative and recovery-oriented, aiming to empower clients through their journey of self-improvement. Gladys’ practice integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and systemic family approaches. Gladys is experienced in working with a range of psychological difficulties including addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, stress, low-self-esteem, trauma, panic disorder, phobias, anger issues, academic and work-related challenges and, sleep difficulties.
Gladys also has a keen interest in addressing relationship difficulties, such as relationship breakdowns and familial challenges. Her therapeutic approach is values-based, focusing on discovering what is most meaningful to the client and identifying what drives the desire for change. Gladys will explore these avenues together with the client to foster personal growth and improved well-being for the client.

- Addiction recovery service – teaching coping and emotional regulation skills to adults struggling with drug, alcohol, sex and love addiction
- Community service – supporting adults across the lifespan with a range of mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, phobia and panic disorder
- Prison service – supporting offenders and helping them navigate their difficulties within a challenging environment
- Secure children’s home – supporting children and young people with severe challenging behaviours through therapeutic parenting approach
